When you use this website, you agree to the processing of the information and details and you state that all information and details provided are true and correspond to reality.

USE OF WEBSITE

When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to the following:

  1. Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.
  2. Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorised to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
  3. Provide us with your name, email address, postal address, contact number and other contact details truthfully and exactly. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary (see our Privacy Policy). If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot place your order.
  4. When you place an order on this website, you state that you are over the age of 18 and are legally eligible to enter into binding contracts.

DELIVERY AVAILABILITY

Delivery service for the articles offered on this website is available in India and select countries only.

PURCHASE CONTRACT

The items displayed on the website constitute an “invitation to offer”. The order placed by the user on the website constitutes an “offer”. Email confirmation of the order (the "Order Confirmation") will be considered as “acceptance” to the offer. These Conditions and the Contract constitute a written agreement between us.

CHANGES TO THE ORDER

In case, you detect an error in the information provided when placing the order, contact buttonnutinfo@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving the order confirmation to make necessary changes. Any changes to the order after 12 hours of receiving the order confirmation will not be accommodated.

All product orders are subject to availability. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS ORDER

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time.

TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP

The risk shall be transferred and the products shall be under your responsibility from the moment of physical delivery to you or a third party indicated by you. The ownership of the products will be transferred when we receive full payment of all amounts due, including delivery charges, or at the moment of delivery, whichever is later.

PRICING ERROR

The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full. We are not obliged to provide you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if the Order Confirmation has been sent) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price.

PAYMENT METHODS

Customers can place the order by either pre-paying via Net Banking, Wallets or via Cash on Delivery ('COD'). Failure to respond to the communication or failure to make the payment within a reasonable amount of time will lead to cancellation of the order.

DELIVERY OF ORDER

Except for extraordinary circumstances, we will endeavor to send the order within the time indicated in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, in a reasonable timeframe and in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.

If for any reason, we are unable to deliver the order within 30 days, we will inform you of that situation and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase, establishing a new delivery date, or cancel the order with full reimbursement of the amount paid. Keep in mind in any case that we do not make home deliveries on, Sundays or bank holidays. For the purpose of these Conditions, the "delivery" shall be understood to have taken place or the order "delivered" as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

For COD orders, if the customer fails/refuses to collect the order from the delivery partner, any part payment made for the order will be forfeited.

RETURN POLICY

We grant you a period of 7 days from the date of “Delivery” to initiate the communication to return or exchange the products and provide the necessary confirmation. The courier to pick up the exchange or return will be arranged by us within a reasonable amount of time. In case of failure to hand the goods over to a courier organized by us, you shall bear the direct responsibility of returning the goods. The product shall be returned with all the tags attached as delivered.

We reserve the right not to accept return/exchange of products which (i) we believe are being returned after use, or (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you in which case a package opening video is mandatory), or (iii) have tags removed or tags removed and attached back. The return/exchange period will expire after 7 days from the day on which the order was delivered.

To exercise the right to return/exchange, you may contact us via e-mail at buttonnutinfo@gmail.com of your decision to return the product.

To meet the return/exchange deadline, it is sufficient for you to confirm your return/exchange via e-mail to buttonnutinfo@gmail.com before the period has expired. Once the exchange/return is initiated for a particular order, there won't be any subsequent exchanges/returns allowed.

In case of product exchange, and subject to above, a fixed charge of Rs.150/250 depending on the size of the article, attributable to the reverse pickup has to be borne by you. If the exchange is deemed appropriate after all the quality checks, the new product will be delivered to you within a reasonable amount of time and in any case within 30 days from the date on which the old product was received by us. 

In case of product refund, and subject to above, we will provide you with a store credit for all payments received from you, after deducting any delivery charges paid by you during the purchase and an additional fixed charge of Rs.150/250 depending on the size of the article, attributable to the return, within 3 business days from the date on which the returned goods are received by us. The Store credit will be issued via a special coupon which can be redeemed for any product(s) on the website. No monetary refund will be provided.

When returning the product(s) by Courier arranged by us, you should contact us through our email at buttonnutinfo@gmail.com to arrange for the product to be collected at your home. You should send the product in its original packaging and follow the directions per the e-mail communication.

If you think that at the moment of delivery the product is not as stipulated in the Contract, you must contact us immediately via e-mail at buttonnutinfo@gmail.com, providing the product details and the damage sustained. You will be required to send a package opening video to confirm the product was received in damaged condition or the product was different from what you ordered. Without package opening video, no return will be processed.

We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by email within a reasonable period if the product may be exchanged or whether you have a right for a store credit (as appropriate). The refunding or replacement of the article shall take place as soon as possible and in all cases within 30 days from the date on which the returned goods are received by us. If it is confirmed that you had received a defective or damaged product, we will provide you the store credit/exchange as per the policy stated above. The refund will be given via store credit only. The return policy is applicable on all products, unless stated otherwise.

LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Unless otherwise indicated expressly in these Conditions, our liability regarding any product acquired on the website shall be limited strictly to the price of purchase of said product. We shall not accept any liability for loss of income or sales, operating loss, loss of profits or contracts, loss of forecast savings, loss of data and loss of business or management time, regardless of their origin.

All product descriptions, information and materials shown on this website are provided "as is", with no express or implied warranties on the same, except those legally established. We don’t provide any warranty that the website will be free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse or other harmful software code.

If our website contains links to other websites and third-party materials, said links are provided for information purposes only and we have no control whatever over the content of those websites or materials. Accordingly, we shall not accept any liability for any damage or harm deriving from their use.

LEGAL DISPUTE JURISDICTION

The use of our website and the product purchase contracts through said website and terms of use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Visakhapatnam, India. It is to be noted that the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The trademarks, logos, designs and service marks (“Marks”), displayed on the website are registered and unregistered trademarks of dripdawgs.com or those who grant us the license for their use. Users are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to use as meta tags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without our written permission. This does not prevent you from using this website to the extent necessary to copy the information on your order or contact details.

CHANGES IN POLICY

We may amend the information contained in this Privacy and Cookies Policy any time without any notice. Upon such amendment, you are impliedly agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy expressed therein.
